We focus on comfort, coat health, behaviour, safety, and creating a calm experience for every dog that comes through our doors.
Between our two salons, we groom around 180–200 dogs and cats every week, giving us extensive hands-on experience with all breeds, coat types, and personalities.

*How often should my dog be groomed?
Every coat type is different, but regular maintenance between appointments is important to prevent matting and discomfort.We recommend between 6 to 8 weeks max.
*What if my dog is matted?
Don’t worry — we see this regularly and we’re here to help without judgement. Our priority is your dog’s comfort and safety.
*Do you groom anxious or nervous dogs?
Yes. We work patiently and calmly with dogs who may need extra time, reassurance, or gentle handling.
*What products do you use?
We use high-quality gentle shampoo and conditioner products selected for coat health and skin comfort.
DOG DAYCARE - Sydney shop only
Available from 8:30am till 4pm. Prices for small dogs $10 per hour, medium $12 per hour and large $15 per hour. Check our terms and conditions.
Our doggy day care is fully enclosed, aircon, Dog TV, comfy couch and cushions, 24/7 surveillance cameras, rooms with different themes for fun allowing free play and socialisation for dogs just like home or at your favourite Park.
All dogs must be social and friendly, desexed, free of fleas and up to date with all vaccinations.
